The Hangover Effect
Hangovers can be caused by many factors which include timing, sleep deprivation, food intake and amount of alcohol consumed. However there seem to be many proclaimed cures to a hangover. Some people swear that a cold shower could help lessen the hangover, then there is suggestions on drinking vitamin rich beverages. You could try taking over the counter pain medications if you wish. Some people tell you in order to avoid a hangover is to drink water after your done drinking, prior to sleep. Although I am sure that there are a lot of different remedies, that could help a number of different individuals in different ways...I have only come across one that seems to ring to on all accounts. Time. Your body needs the time to burn off all that alcohol you decided to intake, so maybe try doing a workout. If you are able, try and go back to sleep. It won't last forever, just take into account next time how you felt now...when you are drinking. And then maybe you wont need a hangover cure.
